I remained sorting out documents even though my mind was miles away, locked onto flaming red hair and blue eyes.

I decided to change my treatment of her, paying attention to details the pack doctor informed me of.

Needed to be nourished properly? I ordered the pack kitchen to curate a fuller nutrient meal for her.

It was all worth it, all for the greater cause of getting her to trust me. It definitely wasn't for any other reason aside from finding out what wretched waste if a man could have treated someone so badly. Most of all it was solely as she was my pack member.
