I called up Anandhi aunty to let her know that a car is coming to pick them up as they are going to meet us in our home tomorrow. She, though asked so many times, I just said that Anika wanted to see them. I have made arrangements for bringing her dad as well. As soon as I went home, I saw Preethi watching TV. It was way past dinner time and I assumed that she already ate dinner. I went to the room to clean myself up before I ate my dinner. She was still in the hospital until yesterday and nobody tried to talk to her because the doctor adviced against bringing up the reason for her attempted suicide while she was still healing.
