Third persons pov
He held her trembling body in his arms and whispered soothing words but to his dismay she was still screaming so he called out her name.
"Wake up haya, it’s just a dream” he patted her cheeks, after sometime she opened her eyes and stared into his eyes who was already crying.
"What happened?" she asked tiredly while he just hugged her tight.
"You scared the hell out of me, what did you dream about?"
She closed her eyes, even now she couldn't get rid of her past it still haunted her "I was in the car accident with my mom, even now it still haunt me, it was my mistake after all” a tear slid down her cheek, Rayyan didn't look at those innocent eyes of her instead he asked her to go back to sleep.
Looking at her sleeping figure he kissed her forehead and whispered "I'm sorry."
The next morning when Haya woke up the first thing she found was a beautiful rose bouquet lying on the night stand beside her with a note, a smile
