Epilogue

Eight years later...

Amaya's eyes followed me back and forth as I paced around my office nervously, " Your pacing is starting to get on my nerves" she said and crossed her legs on top of my desk. I stopped moving and faced her, " I'm so nervous. My heart feels like it's about to jump out of my chest. My palms are sweaty and I have butterflies in my tummy" I told her "oh I didn't notice" she said and rolled her eyes.

Then she sighed and dropped her feet, " I know you're nervous but you need to calm down" " The easier said than done. Amy, it's been eight years since I last saw him, you can't expect me to be calm. I'm super worried. * Gasp* What if he doesn't recognize me?" I asked with wide eyes.

Amaya scoffed, " I highly doubt it. Just because you lost contact with him two four years ago doesn't mean he'd forget you" I paused " You're right. I should just be calm. Yeah I can do that" I reassured myself. A slight kno
