That same evening...

After hours of unnecessary shopping, I was finally back in my warm cozy space. A sigh of content escaped my lips as I was finally able to get all my homework done. I smiled to myself and strolled over to my bed to sleep. Mid jump, I was interrupted by two knocks on my window.
Already knowing who the intruder was, I opened the window and let him crawl in, " This is getting old" I told him. He took off his shoes and jacket and dove under my covers, " Ah...warm" he murmured. I rolled my eyes and joined him, " So what's up?" I asked.
He fell silent for a second, " Well...my dad...he wants me to come home.." he said " Do you want to?" I asked. He shrugged, " I don't know.. I feel like I want to and also don't want to..." He paused and spoke again " I want to forgive him...but...okay I got nothing..I really want to forgive him" he said.

Eight years later... Amaya's eyes followed me back and forth as I paced around my office nervously, " Your pacing is starting to get on my nerves" she said and crossed her legs on top of my desk.
