After thanking the guard, she shifted her gaze to the sacred building of church.
Today was a special day. A year ago on this very day, she had a taste of bitter venom called guilt. Guilt is a heavy emotion. It weighs the bearer down. Like a barbed wire, it constricts one's heart, mercilessly biting and splitting it. The victim can't do anything but endure. Angela was enduring the pain for the last one year.
