56. Game of Death

"DAISY!" a hear a screaming voice penetrate through my buzzing head, a firm hand grabs my arm, my body comes out of the shock, I turn around to see a panicked Lucia holding onto me.

"Come!" She screams on top of all the chaos, only one guard is left with us, he grabs Lucia's hand as she does mine, he starts bolting towards the nearest exit, my heart drops as I realize we're on the third floor of the mall.

"Prenderemo le scale, state bassi" (We'll take the stairs, stay low) the guard yells descending down the stairs.

Gun shots ring all around us, I duck down just in time as a bullet pierces the wall above me, the concrete wall explodes making dust fly around.

I cough out loud but don't stop, "Ho bisogno di rinforzi! Siamo sotto attacco!" (I need back up! We're under attack!) The guard screams in his bluetooth.
