Hannah began to visualize the baby coming through her during labor and could already hear the baby's cries in her head. It was challenging to overcome both the stress and the fear at once. The nurse's voice, calling her to push forward into reality, could be heard. She didn't want to continue because she was exhausted. She had driven herself to the point where she was unable to endure the suffering any longer. Hannah exclaimed in tears, "Mmmmm! Ahhh!" Darell was roused from his sleep by the sound of the gate banging. He felt his muscles aching from all the climbing and walking they had done during the night. He got out of bed groggily to deal with the disturbance at the gate. Marcelyn was standing outside when he stepped out onto the porch. The smell in the library was distinctive. Bobby entered the room and immediately detected the invigorating aroma of fresh ideas coming from the books that were waiting to be read. The antiquated aroma of old book pages, the unread books on the shelves, and the aroma of dust coming from those books, a meal that students brought to the library. Students wearing cologne and perfume as they walked next to him, students sweating from participating in sports, and other smells ranging from pleasant to repulsive.He quickly became depressed once the distinct aroma of unwashed clothes and cigarette smoke entered his nose. As they drew nearer, they ceased chatting and laughing as we both became aware of what they were seeing. With various horrified expressions on their faces, more people began to swarm the slouched.
