Ronan’s POV

I felt caged the moment our eyes met. It was for this reason that I wanted to return to the palace so badly. I don’t want to address the elephant in the room just yet. Didn’t Timon say he gave her some sleeping herbs?

“I am not well, Fiona,” I said hoping she would let me be.

She stomped into the room further glaring hard at me. “Do you know how worried I was last night? I was so scared that you were going to die. Different thoughts kept running through my mind.
