3 months later…… It’s the day of Jake and Sonya’s wedding. They both wake up excited to join their lives together in the human world. It was the eve of Sonya’s shifting day and she was having a hard time falling asleep in her bed so she made her way outside. The whole pack was sleeping as it was well after midnight so there was no one around. Which made it easy for her to sneak out without being seen. The air had a chill to it with a soft wind that carried the smell of summertime like sunscreen and tropical fruit. Once Sonya reached her room, she realized she needed to take a shower before she could even lay down. Sonya gathered her clothes and headed into the bathroom. She stripped and then stepped into the hot water of the shower. She stood there for a few minutes wondering what the smell was when they were on their way to the packhouse. Sonya started washing with her favorite body wash. She dried off her body with her towel and then wrapped it around her hair while she was getting dressed into some comfortable clothes to nap in. She had some black shorts with a white tank top on. She towel dried her hair and then brushed it out. Sonya curled up under the covers of her bed and fell asleep almost as soon as her head hit the pillow. When Sonya woke up, she grabbed her phone to check the time only to realize she had been asleep for about four hours and it was after dinner time. Sonya woke up when her alarm started going off at 4 am and slipped on a sports bra and her sneakers. She quietly made her way down the steps to start her morning run around the training grounds. Then she spent an hour with Harold working on hand-to-hand combat. She thanked him for the training session and ran back up to her room so she could get ready for her first day of work. Sonya ran through her office door to the hallway but there was no one around. She gave a huff and went back into her office. She hurried into a bathroom stall not really paying attention to anything else around her. She then quickly finished her business.
