Octavia’s POV

After Troy left with his dad, I went looking for Harper, she has had Nicklaus all day and I miss him.

I find them in his nursery cuddled up looking through some picture books. “Hey there’s my two favourite wolves.” Harper looks up at the sound of my voice and gives me a small smile, “Hey, how are you feeling?”

“I’m ok just tired” I sit down and take Nicklaus for a cuddle, “Faith wants to do a family games and movie night tonight but I don’t think I have the energy.” I say yawning.

“Faith is here?” she asks a little surprised. I realized she missed the meeting and probably doesn’t know what’s going on, so I tell her everything including what my mother told me about Breda and my brother, with faith potentially being his Mate.

“Wow. That’s intense, no wonder your so exhausted. I can come up with an excuse if you want to sit this one out and rest.” I eye her, she knows damn well I can’t get out of family night.
