"Don't you think I have no purpose staying here with you people ?" I asked . He ignored me and proceeded to eat while Ruth and the other three guys stared at me . It was the next morning , I had spend my night in basement bed .

" You do actually " Ruth stated , I rose my eyebrows . " You have been reported missing by Mr. Tyler Hall who I assume is your father , very powerfull man . I assume you ran away because ...reasons , but have no where stay because police is searching for you now . "

How could they find out who my father is that fast ?

"We can provide you protection from police and in turn you work for us , you'll get paid just like every one else who works for us " I didn't see why I could deny . It was the best luck I had . " I don't trust you " I softly spoke fumbling with my spoon . " Do you wanna be locked in the basement of this club as a hostage or do you wanna work , get paid and live a normal life Eve ? " That man who's name I was yet not given, asked .

He was sitting beside me , but he was at the front chair , Everyone listened to him , He had his own office and he ordered around . Or in other words he was the Boss here .

Why did I find his voice calling me, so cynical? Did I like it ? I didn't , did I ?

"Will I get to leave when I want ?" I asked , " No " He said , I frown . " I kept your identity from leaking , I think you owe me for that " Ruth spoke and I bite my lip . " If you try to leave us . Be ready to be send back to your house " I gasp shaking my head .

" I'll work for you , just don't please " I said. Their Boss looked up from his plate the and stared at me . I was just confused . "Why are you trying to run away from your father that bad ?" Charlie , who introduced himself just seconds ago asked . I purse my lips . " Just because , I don't wanna live there " I answer in short .

Ruth chuckled , " Young teens these days " I scoff .

I wasn't a teenager , I was twenty already .

" Make sure you get everything you left here " He said . I tripped on a broken table and was caught by that man . " Stop being so clumsy and get out " He order , " you are ordering me like a boss , and I don't even know your name " I whispered to myself . I gasp as my hand was lifted by his .I turned around to face him , he was a inch away .

My heat rose like a train up my cheeks , my heart beat got loud , I bite my lip out trying to back away but he didn't let me .

" My name is Aaron , everyone here calls me Dean" His rough voice reached me . I nodded as he steps back , He grabbed my bag and motioned me to walk , " So , am I suppose to call you Dean ?" I asked looking back and I saw his eyes trained on something .

I look down at my dress , and it was somehow pulled down to reveal my cleavage , I gasp pulling my neck line up . " I would love it if you call me sir but that isn't a necessity Eve . But what is a necessity , is that you need to change out of that , I don't want my men distracted here " My hung opened as he walked past me .

"You will live in this room from now on " He said taking me to the same room we were in a hour ago . " Whom does this room belong to ?" I asked , "its Mine " I snap my eyes towards him . " It belongs to me , so you can live here " I look away . " I can't get another room ?" I ask . " No , You are staying here , That's my final decision , Now stop complaining and get to work "

Changing in pants and a top I walked out the club which was filled with people , Girls genuinely smiled at me as Ruth introduced me to them . " You'll work as a host. Joan will tell you the rest " Ruth said and she waved at me . After a brief explanation and I was given the attire to wear , It consisted of a miniskirt, stockings and shirt . I didn't like the mini skirt . But I have to work with it .

I walking my way to the room Aaron order me to stay in after work when I noticed men fixing the halls on the first floor . They had to remove some doors due to the bullets .

I didn't see Aaron since afternoon , They said he was working . I was curious what exactly he worked for or as , Ruth told me he ran clubs , But remembering how he pointed the gun at me at that old house I think they might just be some kind of drug dealers or something .

I grabbed my tip stuffing it in my pocket and cleaning the table . "you must find it difficult work right ?" Lucy , one of the girl who worked here asked , " No , not exactly " I replied , " Oh , I heard you are a run away rich girl ." I chuckled . " No , you heard it wrong " I said . She chuckled walking away .

" So she's the Dean's fav ?" I heard some one ask , Even through the music blasting through . " Come come now , let's not dig in people's business " Charlie said . I turned around grabbing the menu and walked towards new customers .

"Hey baby , we'll have the Bud light " I nodded . I hated people calling me baby , " I wanna see ! " I stopped on my tracks as I see a drunk guy stumble right in front of me . " Ohh , You the new girl ? Dean's girl ?" I look at Charlie who was walking towards us .

" I am not , excuse me " He chuckled . " No no no , You can't leave like that . You know he hates pasta , who hates pasta ?" He yelled ." You wanna die ?" Charlie asked and he froze putting his hands in the air , walking away . Charlie smile , " It happens more than you expect , so , ya " I nodded smiling .

I laid on the bed and gave a sigh , I know I ran away for a stupid reason , but he never really liked me anyway , This was a better decision .

I was cleaning the club in the morning when I saw Aaron and Ruth walk in and go straight to the cabin . I looked at the mail that was placed on the table and looked at the cracked open door . Grabbing the packed box and walked towards the office when I heard Ruth yell .

" You don't play fair Aaron , She trusted you !" , I lean back to hear better.

" I never asked her to trust me did I ? We have been waiting to get back at him for too long , this is the best chance " Aaron spoke . I could see him talking as Ruth paced back and forth .

"What will you do after he pay's back ? " Suddenly my heart skipped a beat , who were they talking about ?

Suddenly the mop I had kept leaning across a table fell down .

" Who's there ?" Aaron yelled and gasp jumping back . I gulp walking behind the bar counter and biting my lip as Aaron slammed the door open . My head swiftly turned to him . I covered up my anxiety with a smile .

" Um , It was me , I was cleaning " Aaron visibly relaxed looking at the fallen mop and the package in my hands , " Oh , This was mailed in the morning , I was bring it to you " He nodded , " Keep it on my desk "

I nodded , my heart beating out my chest as he walked away .

Could he be talking about my father ? I am not sure but somehow I am starting to get suspicious.
