Chapter Eighteen

Dahlia's POV

The girls were all over me Sunday morning asking questions non stop when I got home, I paused at the living room where I met both my girls sitting and waiting for me. They were worried and scared even though Abe explained everything to them at the club.

I didn't say anything at first and just burst into tears when I saw them, they were very understanding by not pressuring me to answer their questions. My Boss even called me up around 7:40am but I didn't take his call.

I felt what I did with him was wrong and if I could go back in time, I'll resist the strong desire I felt. I explained everything to my girls and they were being so supportive without judging or criticizing me.

Monday arrived and I couldn't stomach the courage to face my Boss but there's nothing I can do to undo the past. Getting ready for work waking up as early as 5:30am, Sara offers to take me to work and I'm grateful she did even though I tried refusing.
