LYRA'S POV

Back in the chamber, my father’s phone went silent, the call cut off abruptly. His face paled. “Mira didn’t listen,” he said, his voice tight. “She’s with him.”

Silas growled, his fists clenching. “Eamon’s already there. If he’s a hybrid, she’s not safe. None of them are.”

Ronan, nodded. “We need to move. Now. The Silver Claw Pack is about to become a slaughterhouse if Elias and Eamon get their way.”

I stood, my resolve hardening. “Then we go after them. We stop Elias, and we stop Eamon. Mira might hate me, but she’s still my sister. And I won’t let her become his next victim or his next slave.”
