Emily's POV

Johnathan invited me to walk along the beach.

I could see this place familiar. Then I saw one building not very far away. I recalled something. I pointed at it and ask, "Is that your house?"

"Yes."

I understood it now. This is the beach Lisa and Sam invited me to come. And this is where they made out. I couldn't help but imagine what was happening that night.

"This is a sea that knows a lot of serects," I said in a low voice.

"Why did you say that?"

I forgot how powerful his hearing is.

"Lisa made out with Sam right here that party night. And then Lisa knew the secrets of your werewolf world."

"So it did know a lot of secrets." Johnathan laughed.

"I think Sam has marked Lisa already." I thought about Lisa's wounds.

"Do you want me to do the same to you?"

"How? Is it hurt?"

"I don't know what Lisa told you. But the rituals vary from packs."

"What's the ritual in your pack?"
