The look in his eyes made her take a step back. “Speak again and you are going to wish you were the one missing” Isabel gulped as she nodded. “Gather the troops, Cornelius. Search the whole kingdom, leaving no stone untouched. Get me a horse, I’ll go look for her right now” Cornelius nodded and immediately carried on with his orders. Minutes later, he came back with

After what had happened, Ares and Cornelius had made her stay in the room while they went for a meeting and Myla quickly found out that her day to day life would be boring without Ares ordering her or Cornelius constantly bickering with her. She smiled but it immediately turned to a frown when she realized why she was smiling. Myla stood up from the bed and walked over to the window with a sigh. She didn’t understand what was going on but the longer she spent time with Ares, the more she tried to convince herself that he wasn’t that bad because that’s the way it seemed to her but was that how he really was?• Ares drove his hand into the man’s eye socket and dragged out his eyeball.
