Luckily, the woman didn't look at Myla like she wanted to kill her. Instead, she smiled and nodded. “Sure" Ares pulled his hoodie over his face as Myla dragged him over to the circle of people dancing. “Come on, have fun" Myla yelled as she swayed her body to the music. Ares stood there awkwardly as he stared at everyone. He didn't know how to dance! Was he supposed to move his body like her? Myla stopped dancing with a sigh as she noticed he wasn't dancing with her. She grabbed his hand and made him look at her. “Do not think about it, just let your body move" Ares groaned.

Ares pulled away from a breathless Myla with a smile on his face. “Thank you for making this night so memorable for me. As Myla and Cornelius walked out of the castle, towards the backyard, Myla kept thinking of ways to ditch him and go look for Luane and Noah. She knew Cornelius was already suspicious of her so any wrong move now and she would blow her cover. She was about to say something when Cornelius spoke up. “Do not worry, very soon Ares will come back to his senses and realize that pushing you away won't solve his problems" She stared at him with a raised eyebrow. “Cornelius? Is that really you? You were my number one hater when I became Ares' maid" Cornelius shrugged. “That was because I felt like you wanted to hurt Ares but you have proved to me that you aren't here for that and that you really like him so I'm giving you my blessing" Myla couldn't help but frown. How would Cornelius feel when he found out that he had been right about her all along? She sighed. “Cornelius, is it okay if I can be alone for a while?" She expected him to question her but ins

Myla! Myla! Stop! Myla could hear her name being called but all that was on her mind right now was saving her father. Her father halted as soon as he saw her and his eyes widened but before he could move, the wolf boy ran up to him with the speed of lightning and yanked out his heart. The blood splashed on Myla as she stood there frozen on the spot. Her eyes were filled with horror and her hands shook as she watched her father fall to the ground. It was like the earth stopped moving at that moment. She walked slowly towards her father and fell right in front of him. “Father?" She asked softly as she shook his shoulder but she knew in her heart that he was already dead and it was all her fault. She turned to the wolf boy with angry eyes and pulled out her dagger.

“First and foremost, the only way a human being can get into the wolf capital is through slave trading. Luckily for us, I'm friends with one of the slave traders and don't ask me how. And I just happened to know that they would be raiding a small village where humans live but they have no chief or anyone guarding them and that's why the slave traders would be able to attack them. Anyways, for tonight, you're not going to be a hero but you're going to be a damsel in distress. They have to believe you're a weak little human they can sell off and you being beautiful would just make it faster for you to see the demon wolf. Do not worry,they won't touch you because the one I know amongst them will protect you, just stay still and enjoy the ride" Myla sighed while remembering what her mother told her as she walked towards the little village. Her instructions seemed simple enough, she just had to find a set of beautiful girls and blend in.
