{Lyra's Pov}

The warm sun filtered through the canopy above, casting golden flecks across the open training field. My feet sunk slightly into the soft grass as I stood at the edge, eyes wide with nerves and excitement. The sound of shifting wolves, grunts, and laughter echoed in the distance—other pack members already deep in their training.

Today was my first official day of training. No more being the lost girl with powers I didn’t understand. Today, I’d learn to control the beast inside me.

Ash and Aiden stood on either side of me, both shirtless and barefoot like the rest of the wolves. I tried not to stare too much at their ridiculously toned bodies, but the struggle was real.

The beta, stepped forward. “Alright, Luna,” he said with a grin, nodding at me. “Let’s see what you’ve got.”

I blinked. “Luna?”

“You’re the mate of our future Alphas,” he said with a chuckle. “You hold just as much power as they do. You'll earn that title soon enough.”
