Chapter Fifteen: Evolution Factor?

When Zander Udimov decided to move to New York from Romania, he looked for a property on the outskirts of the city where he could be away from the prying eyes of neighbors and ordinary people. The chosen one was a 7,000 square foot mansion surrounded by large forests and green areas, which he immediately modified for his permanent stay.
