Before leaving the alley, Mark wanted to continue checking the entire crime scene, so they went up to the roof where the last vampire had been killed and began to check the surroundings. Except for the figure drawn in chalk on the floor, nothing seemed out of place. The building did not have many things there on the roof and the access booth to the internal stairs did not seem forced, so his suspicions that the murderer and the victim had gone up the emergency stairs were confirmed.
