I stood in front of my mini calendar.

“10 more days,” I whispered to myself.

The Jury meeting was almost around the corner. I already had a lot of evidence in my hand.

Everything was going smoothly as planned.

That day, I didn’t think I would gain another, since Jessica and Andrew both were not in the mansion. In the four corners of my room, being held worse than a prisoner, boredom finally struck. It had been a while since I lived as a normal she-wolf.

My mind was shouting for freedom. A bit of life itself. I wanted to have fun for once.

So, I grabbed my favorite skirt and decided to kill some time somewhere. I didn’t ask our family driver to drive for me. Or else, it wouldn’t feel much like freedom at all. I wanted to be alone and do whatever I want without any eyes on me.
