CHAPTER 20: IT’S YOU ALPHA

~ Harpers POV~

“I see you met my mother,” he said. I opened my eyes to look at him again.

“I did, I could sit and talk with her all day.” I replied to him. My heart is still fluttering due to his proximity to me.

“Can we talk for a moment? I think there are some things that need to be said.” He asked me.

“Of course. I guess there are things that we need to discuss.”

He took my hand in his, causing what felt like electricity to shoot through my body. He led me to a round rod iron table that was black with only two chairs. One was positioned across from the other. It looked old but well kept. He pulled a chair out for me. Reluctantly releasing his hand, I sat down. He took the seat across from me. Little fairies had decided to join us. Flying around in all directions. Their colors were adding to the already beautiful setting of the garden.
