Denise is kidnapped

[ Denise's POV ]

My eyes widened immediately Audrey fell down from the rooftop, and I could see my body vibrating as a result of it. "Are you okay, Denise?" Mavis asked me, and I nodded my head before looking down from the rooftop, and I saw Audrey laying flat on the ground with a broken head, and blood was coming out from her head in a rush.

"Mavis… she's… she is bleeding" I said stuttering, because this is the first time I am seeing someone dying in my presence. With the help of Mavis, we rushed Audrey to the hospital, but she died even before the doctor could perform treatment on her.

"What are we going to do, Mavis? We didn't kill her right?" I asked, shaking because I don't want Mavis to be blamed for killing Audrey. She was the one who wanted to kill me, and Mavis was only trying to help me. Is this what they call self defense? I thought, shaking.
