LOGIN"Back away! Both of you, right now! I mean it!"
My voice echoed sharply against the cold, high stone walls of the academy’s main hall. It was only Tuesday, and chaos had already erupted. Two Year Three boys were rolling on the expensive marble floor, tearing at each other with pure, unhinged alpha aggression. Blood dripped from a split lip, hitting the ground with a soft splatter. Their eyes glowed a dangerous, toxic yellow, their chests heaving as they snarled like wild dogs.
"Enough!" I shouted, stepping right between them. I slammed my hands against their broad chests, pushing them apart with every ounce of strength I had. "You are both suspended! A full week. Pack your bags and get out of my sight before I make it a month!"
The boys glared at each other, still breathing hard, but the heavy authority in my voice finally pierced through their rage. They wiped their bloody faces, turned their backs, and stormed off in opposite directions.
I let out a long, exhausted breath and pinched the bridge of my nose. Managing a school full of elite, arrogant werewolf alphas was a nightmare on the best of days. My head throbbed with a massive headache. All I wanted was to sit down at my desk, drink a hot cup of tea, and enjoy ten minutes of absolute silence.
But when I reached my private office at the end of the corridor, my heart skipped a beat. The heavy oak door, which I always kept locked, was pushed wide open.
I stepped inside, my blood running cold.
Sitting in my expensive leather chair, with his heavy combat boots casually resting on my mahogany desk, was Dante.
He was a senior. He was also the most intimidating, disrespectful, and dangerous student in the entire academy. His intense presence filled the room, sucking all the air out of my lungs. Dante had a reputation for always getting exactly what he wanted. Nobody said no to him. Not the teachers, not the other alphas, and certainly not me. He slowly turned his head to look at me, his piercing silver eyes flashing with a dark, mocking amusement.
"You look tired, Principal Rossi," Dante drawled, his voice deep and smooth as black velvet.
"Get your boots off my desk, Dante," I demanded, though my voice shook slightly. "And tell me why you broke into my locked office."
He didn't move his feet. Instead, he reached over to a stack of private folders on my desk. My eyes widened. They were the highly confidential scholarship applications for the single human spot we offered every year.
"I was doing some light reading," Dante said, picking up a single sheet of paper. He waved it in the air. "You really get some pathetic beggars applying to this place, don't you? But this one... this one caught my eye."
"Put that down immediately," I snapped, marching forward and trying to snatch the paper from his large hand.
Dante easily moved it out of my reach, a wicked, teasing smirk playing on his lips. "Ah, ah. Not so fast. I found a late submission. A boy named Angelo. No surname. Coming from some trashy public school in a dirty little town outside Naples. Zero academic achievements. Zero money. A total nobody."
"Then throw it in the trash where late, unqualified applications belong," I said, crossing my arms over my chest. "Now get out."
Dante finally swung his legs off my desk. He stood up, towering over me. The sheer size of him, the raw, dominant alpha energy rolling off his body, made me take a nervous step back.
"No," Dante whispered, stepping closer until I had to tilt my head up to look at him. "I don't think I will. Because I want him."
I blinked, completely thrown off guard. "You... you want him? What are you talking about?"
"I want Angelo," Dante stated, his silver eyes darkening with a raw, intense hunger that made my stomach twist. "I want him as my roommate."
I stared at him in pure shock. "Roommate? Dante, you have never had a roommate. You have violently refused every single boy I tried to put in your room since your first year. The school policy requires shared rooms, but we gave up on you because you sent your last three roommates to the hospital! And now you want this... this weak human nobody?"
"Yes," Dante murmured. He stepped even closer, his voice dropping into a rough, dirty whisper that sent shivers down my spine. "I want him in my room. In my space. Under my roof."
I glared at him, crossing my arms tighter, my mind racing. "I know what you are doing. You just want a personal servant. You want a weak human boy to clean your boots, do your dirty laundry, and run your errands because you are too lazy to do it yourself."
Dante threw his head back and laughed. It wasn't a nice sound. It was dark, wicked, and entirely too confident.
"A servant?" Dante leaned down, his face mere inches from mine, a wicked, filthy smirk twisting his lips. "Oh, Elena, you are so innocent. I don't want him scrubbing my floors. I want him on his knees for a completely different reason."
My mouth fell open. "Dante! Watch your mouth!"
He didn't back down. The teasing, dirty edge in his voice only grew thicker, dripping with a terrifying possessiveness. "I want him soft and scared. I want to see him shake when I look at him. I want to break him in myself, slowly, behind locked doors. I want to taste his sweat, hear how pretty he sounds when he begs in the dark. He is going to serve a much more... personal purpose."
"This is a school, not your personal playground!" I yelled, my face burning with a mix of anger and shock. "I will absolutely not allow this! It is out of the question. I am rejecting his application right now."
I reached out to grab the paper again, but Dante slammed his large hand flat against the center of my desk. The loud bang made me jump.
"It wasn't a request," Dante growled, all the teasing gone from his voice. His silver eyes flashed with dangerous, feral dominance. "Look at the paper, Elena."
I looked down. At the bottom of Angelo's application, right over the official approval line, was the bright red ink of my personal, confidential academy stamp.
"You forged my stamp!" I gasped, horror flooding my chest.
"I stamped it," Dante corrected smoothly, picking up the paper and shoving it against my chest. "He is accepted. It is done. The human spot belongs to Angelo."
"I will revoke it," I threatened, though my hands shook as I held the paper. "I will call the board. You cannot make these decisions!"
"Try it," Dante sneered, leaning over me, his hot breath brushing my cheek. "Try to revoke it, and see what happens to this beautiful school of yours. See what happens to your precious career. You know who my family is. You know what I can do."
I froze. He was right. His family funded half this academy. His father was the most ruthless Alpha in the country. If Dante wanted to destroy my life, he could do it with a single phone call. I swallowed the lump of fear in my throat, my fingers gripping the edges of the forged application.
"Why him?" I asked, my voice barely a whisper now. "You have never seen him. You don't know him. Why are you doing this?"
Dante slowly backed away, walking toward the open door. He didn't answer my question. He just smiled, a cold, possessive smirk that made my blood run cold.
"Write the admission letter, Principal," Dante ordered, turning his back to me. "I want it sent out tonight. And listen to me very carefully. I want Angelo enrolled, packed, and standing inside my bedroom before the next full moon. Do not keep me waiting."
"Dante........."
"Before the full moon, Elena," he interrupted, his voice echoing loudly in the quiet hallway. "Or I'll hold you personally responsible."
He didn't wait for a response. He just walked away, his heavy boots echoing down the corridor until he disappeared into the shadows.
I stood completely alone in my office, the silence ringing in my ears. The air still felt thick and heavy with his aggressive scent. My hands trembled as I walked slowly behind my desk and sat down in my chair.
I placed Angelo's application on the smooth wood, staring at the messy handwriting of a boy I had never met. Angelo. No last name. A nobody from a public school.
I pulled out a fresh sheet of official academy letterhead and grabbed my pen. I had to do it. I had to write the admission letter. I had no choice. Dante had boxed me into a corner.
But as I began to write the formal acceptance words, a deep, sickening sense of foreboding washed over me. My stomach twisted into tight, painful knots. Dante was lying. I knew it in my bones. His words about wanting a toy, wanting a human to tease and break... it was a smokescreen. The way his silver eyes had darkened, the intense, violent possessiveness in his voice.........it wasn't just lust or arrogance.
There was something else.
I stared at the name Angelo on the paper, my pen hovering over the page. Dante’s interest in this mysterious, unqualified applicant was driven by something far more significant, and far more dangerous, than a need for a simple assistant or a bedroom plaything. He was deliberately keeping his true motive hidden from me. And whatever that dark, hidden reason was, I feared it was going to tear this entire academy apart.
The heavy iron gates of Accademia Alpha loomed over me like a giant black cage. The school was completely isolated, tucked deep into the dark, rolling hills right outside Florence. Tall pine trees surrounded the massive stone walls, blocking out the rest of the world.I stood frozen at the entrance, gripping the straps of my cheap duffel bag. My chest hurt under the tight medical bandages, and the cold mountain wind bit into my oversized jacket. I stared at the long, empty road stretching back toward the city. I could turn back right now. I could run away, hide in the dirty alleys of Naples, and figure something else out.But then I remembered my mother’s cold eyes. I remembered Uncle Tonio’s gravelly voice talking about four hundred euros. I had absolutely no real alternative. If I ran back, they would grab me and sell me off to the Branco Ovest pack."Hey! Are you lost, little guy?"I jumped, spinning around. A massive, black Jeep had pulled up silently beside me. The driver leaned
Angela’s POVI walked into our cramped kitchen, my heart instantly dropping to the dirty linoleum floor. My mother, Grazia, stood right by the scratched dining table. In her hand, she held the thick, expensive cream-colored envelope with the heavy gold wax seal. The letter from Accademia Alpha."What is this?" Grazia demanded, her dark eyes flashing fiercely as she waved the paper in the air. "I opened it. It says congratulations on the scholarship to Angelo. There is no Angelo in this house, Angela. What the hell did you do?"I froze, my palms sweating. I had rushed to the mailbox this morning, hoping to intercept it, but she had beaten me to it. I took a deep breath, trying to steady the frantic beating of my heart."I was expelled yesterday," I confessed, my voice trembling slightly. "Preside Giovanna kicked me out. She hates you, Mom, and she took it out on me."Grazia’s face turned bright red with sudden, explosive fury. She slammed her hand against the table. "That miserable, je

I stared at the glossy, expensive poster pinned against the crumbling brick wall of our school. Accademia Alpha. The gold lettering mocked my miserable reality. It was a fortress of a school, built strictly for elite werewolf alphas. Once a year, they allowed a single, brilliant human student to join their ranks on a full scholarship. I scoffed, crossing my arms over my faded jacket. It was an impossible dream. I was nineteen, stuck in a dirt-poor town outside Naples, and worst of all, the academy strictly accepted only males. A nobody like me didn’t stand a chance."Looking for your daddy on that poster, Angela?" a harsh voice sneered from behind me.I stiffened. I didn’t have to turn around to know it was Marco. He and his shadow, Enzo, stepped into my peripheral vision, blocking the warm afternoon sun."Back off, Marco," I muttered, keeping my eyes glued to the paper."Or what?" Marco stepped closer, his cheap cologne burning my nose. He leaned in, his voice dropping into a dirty,
