SANDRA

These past days have been hell for me and I have just managed to come out of my shell after the last incident.

I arrived home and didn't let my mother or anybody notice what I had been through. I was glad that I spent those times in the hotel alone, and I got healed.

As I left the hotel, I promised to leave everything that concerned Armando behind and move into a new life.

During dinner that evening, my mother kept staring at me but I didn't mind, I was just enjoying my meal even though I was just trying to gain some appetite.

"Mom, you aren't eating," Sussan said.

I looked at them and I asked my mother the reason why she wasn't eating.

"Sandra, I don't like the way you look."

I shrugged my shoulders, "How?"

"Are you saying that you didn't notice it?"

I dropped my cutlery, interswitched my fingers, and stared at her for a while.

"How?" I asked, looking at myself and shaking my head in disapproval. "Sussan, do I look leen?"
