ILLUSION Prologue
Everywhere was dark and silent, I don’t remember how I got here or what happened to me.I couldn’t see anything as it was extremely dark, I decided to try and look for the switch as I walked I stepped on something huge which made me fall, my leg hurt badly as I screamed in pain. I tried to stand up but couldn’t “Help! anyone, please help me” I cried out but unfortunately, no one came to my aid. I held my leg tightly as I realized it was bleeding“Please help me” I shouted again.No one came to my aid but I could hear someone laughing bizarrely, I was frightened and helpless as I couldn't stand up or do anything, the laughter was coming closer and closer, I was terrified when the laughter became louder I tried to run but I couldn't, I felt someone’s hands behind rubbing my head in a weird way when a strange tone began playing my head began to hurt as if it was burning. The music was loud when abruptly the lights went on, the laughter stopped and the music ceased as I turned around but
ILLUSION CHAPTER ONE
I woke up by the ring of my alarm rang “I hate waking up early” my inner voice said I used the back of my hand to rub my eyes before letting a short yawn. My room is covered with a grayish wallpaper, the floor is tiled with black which has a tinge of white on it. At the center of the room is a light brown gothic double bed with red striped duvet, by the side of the bed is a brown gothic nightstand. The center of the room is covered with a hairy brown and white rug, across the room is a flat screen TV, by the window side are two white gothic couch with an incredible gothic styled coffee table. My name is Victoria and yes I don't really get along with my parents especially my dad,or should I say my step dad,my mom and I usually to get along but that was after she got married my step dad and she is always busy and all she cares about is her fame and reputation,she doesn't have time for me and maybe sometimes forget she has a daughter. Immediately I entered the school and went straight to my locker to take my English textbook, my locker had a beautiful Justin Bieber wallpaper, a Bieber bear that was hung in the locker, I was about to close my locker when I heard a voice which almost scared me. it was Edward, Edward is a friend wait no, he is not a friend he’s just someone that keeps bothering me. I arrived home earlier than usual, classes weren’t over when the principal called me informing me that the driver is here to pick me up, I was confused at the moment but when I remembered the party I realized that my parents sent the driver to pick me early so I don’t act like the way I did last time. I woke up by a disturbing noise, I turned around as I kept a small pillow on my ear to prevent me from listening to whatever that sound Is but unfortunately I could still hear it, i decided to ignore it I kept turning around before I decided to go and see what is really going on Immediately after I opened the door, I came face to face with a total stranger who looked like a bodyguard He is dark in complexion, his eyebrows are barely noticeable which made me fear him, his lips are brown in color, he is very tall and he is muscular. I stepped backwards before I spoke “Who are you?” “Go back to your room young lady” he said in a deep frightening voice “Okay” I nodded as I did exactly as he said After I entered the room I began looking for my phone “Where did I keep it” I murmured to myself I checked under my pillow where I usually keep it but I wasn’t there. The Next Day I woke up by 3:50am in the morning, I let out a long yawn before turning around. “I have to leave the house before anyone wakes up”bmy inner voice said “Or I should just sleep for ten more minutes and wake up by five o’clock ” I thought “No No No I have to wake up” my inner voice said as I rubbed my eyes with the back of my hands. I quickly used the bathroom before taking a shower. I decided to leave the house by seven o’clock because no one wakes up till eight o’clock which will be easy for me to leave without being seen. After taking a shower I wore a blue plain shirt white was a gift from Nora on my seventeenth birthday, I wore a jeans shorts to go with it and a white sneakers. I looked at my reflection on the mirror before I spoke “This outfit reminds me of old times” I rapidly started packing my clothes “Gowns check, bikini check, charger check, shoes check, blouse check, hat check and finally shoes” I said as I brought out some of my shoes and arranged the
