CASPIAN.
I've been checking my cellphone for the hundredth time today, or maybe more. I was hoping Andrea would reply, but there was nothing. I wanted to call her, but I feared that Riley would find out she had a phone with her.
Not knowing anything about what was going on with her was making me lose focus on everything. Paul has been stepping up to fulfill most of my duties, and I was sitting here in my office contemplating whether to call Riley or not, just to hear something about Andrea.
Last night, my Beta found me transferring all Andrea's clothes and stuff into my room. He didn't say anything, but I could see the pain that crossed his eyes. For a moment, it made me feel unworthy of being an Alpha - I felt weak and vulnerable in front of my Beta.
