Chapter 24

She was gulping for air and at the same time holding her stomach thinking of the life that was growing inside her. She tried to push him away but he couldn’t bulge at all, his strength was not a match for her.

‘Please you are going to kill me” she whispered while gulping for air.

Suddenly he let go of her neck and she was coughing like nobody’s business. What the hell came over him? Did he really want to kill her?

“What did I ever do to you jerk?” Celine yelled with a sore voice.” Go ahead, kill me then and let us see if you will get your filthy hands on my money.

“Shut up! The only reason why you are still alive is because I know your stupid father had several clauses in his will that prevents me from ever laying my hand on you. I know he stated that if ever anything happens to you I will be held responsible.”

“What?” That part she didn’t know as the lawyer never told her. However she was now very glad for that particular clause, it just saved her life tonight.
