CHAPTER TWENTY
They left the party few minutes after nine. Steve suggested them spending the night at Trevor's cause it was late already but Liam insisted on going home thus he had to drive him.
The drive was home was silent, the duo having different things on their minds.
"Will you be heading back home?" Liam finally broke the silence when they were already close to his place.
"Nope," Steve's eyes were fixed on the road as he drove. "I'll be spending the night at Trevor's. It's a weekend anyways."
"Oh," Liam toyed with his fingers. "So you'll be spending the weekend at his place?"
"Nahh," Steve shook his head. "I'll be be going back home tomorrow. Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why are you asking?"
"Can't I just be curious?"
"I don't know," Steve took a quick glance at Liam. "Do you have any plans for your weekend?"<
