Samantha’s POV

"Samantha." When I left work, I found Hebe's driver waiting for me.

"Hi, Alfonso. How are you?" I greeted him with a smile. He was a very friendly elderly gentleman who always had a welcoming smile on his face.

"Very well, thank you. And you, miss?"

"I'm fine. Thank you. But what brings you here?"

"Ah, I had the privilege of being assigned to pick you up today and take you home. It seems Mr. Martin isn't feeling very well."

"Oh my, what happened?" I found it strange; he only seemed nervous this morning. But I'd gone all day without hearing from him, which was unusual.

"I have no idea. Shall we?" Alfonso opened the car door for me.

"Of course."

The journey was peaceful; Alfonso is a very pleasant person and chatted with me the whole time. When he dropped me off at the door, he gave me the house keys, saying Henry had asked him to deliver them to me. I passed by the security guards and went inside.
