Chapter Three Jumping up in alarm, Victoria woke up. How long have I been asleep? Sitting up in her seat, she looked around the bus in panic. It was empty and still. With heart racing, she shot out of her seat, running to the bus door. Practically flying from the bus steps, she landed on the sidewalk and looked up at what appeared to be a Bus Terminal. Seeing that no one was there, she briskly walked over to it and began ringing the bell insistently.
