Chapter twenty-six - Kim
Jake normally texts me before bed, but I got nothing last night and I haven't seen him in school today. I text him at lunch to find out where he was and he's still not reolied. I'm worried, which makes it hard to concentrate on my lessons and I said I'd work tonight so I can't even go over after school to check he's ok.
Lloyd is cuddled up in the music classroom with Heidi Miller when I pass, so I pop in and he scowls at me.

Spain is beautiful. And hot, I'm already sporting a deep tan after being out and about every day for the last two and a half weeks, but… and here's something I never thought I'd say, I'm lonely.
