I heard the knock and checked my phone. A few minutes to 7 am. I must have fallen asleep after I came back up yesterday. Then I heard the knock again. I picked up my robe and opened the door.
"Good morning. I left you to sleep as long as I could, but Mr Jones insisted I wake you up to start preparing, stating that he had told you to wake up early enough previously". Jerry said, standing outside the door with a bag of supplies.
"Good morning to you too, Jerry. Please come in." I made way for Jerry to pass into the room. I knew Nate was in the house. I could smell his presence.
"He also told me to tell you that you'll be leaving by 10 am, which gives us about 3 hours to get you ready," He said as he started to set up whatever he needed.
