Chapter 21

Sullivan parked in front of Lucas apartment and hurried over to open the door for Josephine. Even though he didn’t fully like her and thought she had bewitched his boss, he couldn’t help but worry about what had happened in the house she went to pack her things where her mood had turned off unlike when he first saw her in the morning.

“Miss?” Sullivan called her and Josephine who had zoned out quickly zoned back in and she turned her head to the side to see Sullivan standing outside.

“Oh! We are here,” Josephine said, just realizing that they were back in Lucas apartment and she got down from the car.
