CHAPTER 17: A DECISION

AUSTIN'S POV

Different emotions overwhelmed me as I made my way home. I was lost and hateful at the same time. "You guys should go home, I want to be alone," I told Kelvin and Tine who seemed to be planning to go home with me.

"What do you mean? You are not feeling well at all and you want to be alone? Do you think we can leave you like this and still call ourselves your friends?" Tine asked, shaking his head and making it known to me that there was no way they would let me be.

I let out a deep breath as I stared at them. I knew it would be hard to get them to leave me but I needed them to understand that I wanted to be home alone too so I could sort out my feelings.

"What about this? You are confused and messed up, right? Do you know the best thing to do at a time like this? It's to get yourself drunk. Shall we visit a bar?" Kelvin suggested but that only made my stomach churn aggressively.
