Zemora’s POV
We arrived at the Dragon King's palace in Asheville. As I walked through the concrete pathway, everyone glared at me, their faces revealing disgust.
I was led to the chambers of the dragon king. The hallway was engulfed in darkness, and I could barely see a thing.
The atmosphere was filled with hostility and malice. I could feel heavy stares on me as I strode the shadowed corridor. Each step I took sent a chill down my spine, reminding me of the doom ahead.
After a while, they stopped in front of a gigantic door that I managed to see because one of them was generous enough to cast fire into the wall lamps.
“Go in, the king awaits you," the female Dragonite in charge muttered, taking a few steps behind.
I took a step forward, determined to take my revenge for everything that the dragon king made my kingdom suffer.
The large doors cracked open and I walked into another pit of darkness.
Once I was in, the whole place lit up and my gaze landed on the dark figure that watched me through his narrow blazing eyes.
The dragon king, the tyrant that burned the world to ashes.
I felt a surge of anger rush through my veins but I dared not to act impulsively.
“Come here," he ordered, his voice deep and dark like a villain.
I obeyed his command and stopped at the foot of the stairs that led to his mighty bed.
“Ascend the stairs, Herling," He growled but I stood still shocked by what he had called me.
“Did he just call us a herling?” Azula grumbled offended by the word. He dared to call me a hired servant?!
“I shall not be addressed in that name," I spoke up audaciously. I might be the lesser one here but that doesn't mean I will let him insult my status.
“As you know, I am the Alpha king's daughter. A princess and not a servant." I ascended a step. “I already know my purpose to you. However, I want something in return." Another step forward.
“You want an heir, I will give you one. In exchange, you will grant me my wish," I said, changing my tone to a compromising one.
His blazing eyes flashed with interest and I smiled within knowing that I had gotten his attention.
“Why?" He questioned.
“My people have proven to be a thorn in your flesh. Because of that, you chose to burn down our packs." I stopped two stairs away from him.
“I am a diplomat. I chose peace over war but there is an exception to every principle. If you want to reign over the werewolves, I can give you that. But you have to promise me that you will burn down my father's city," I muttered and he narrowed his eyes at me, obviously confused by what I wished for.
“You wish to betray your kind for what exactly?" He extended his hand to me.
“I am not betraying them, your Majesty. I am only paying them with their coins." I placed my hand in his and let him pull me onto his lap.
“But the reason, I shall not tell. As I have made up my mind to see them burn down to ashes." I traced my fingers over his face, leaning in for a kiss.
He grabbed my chin and stared into my eyes for the slightest doubt. But then all he could see was the hollow that lived in them.
“You better not go back on your words, Princess because my flame burns hotter than hell." He sealed our lips together, marking the beginning of our alliance.
Our clothes dropped to the ground in seconds. My back landed on the soft sheets of his bed while he hovered above me.
I traced my hands along caramel tattoos, feeling every muscular scar he had achieved in battles.
He lifted my legs onto his shoulders, glazing his amber eyes into my soul.
“Remember Princess, I will toss you into my pit of fire if you do not carry my heir within thirty days. And I will burn down your city and add it to my collection of ruins," he said with a dark voice and slammed inside me without remorse.
I gasped taking him all at once as pain mixed with pleasure surged through my bones. This was the price I had to pay to get my revenge.
Mating with the dragon king, conquering my tyrant father, and taking the throne as Queen. A perfect revenge plan I would do anything to accomplish.
The devil above me wracked my soul, filling me up with his fiery seeds until my body felt like a volcano harboring hot lava.
He went on and on like a ravaging beast, tearing my inside apart. Even though he went in ruthlessly, I couldn't deny that he was good. Especially with a cock as large as his.
My moans filled the atmosphere, begging for him not to stop until I couldn't feel my bones and passed out.
The next time I woke up, it was morning and the dragon king was gone. But then he didn't leave without sending his servants to attend to me.
Now that we had consummated our union on a compromising term, no one would dare to disobey me, not even the female dragonite that branded my skin last night.
“Good morning, My lady." She dropped to her knees waiting for my response. The sight of seeing her submissive, ready to act on my command filled my heart with glee.
“What shall I call you?" I asked, lifting her chin with my index finger like she did to me last night.
“Anything that suits you, My Lady," she responded.
“What is your name?" I requested and her eyes rounded in surprise.
“Larissa," she answered.
“From now on you shall be loyal to me alone, Larissa. Can I trust you on that?" She nodded and I smiled within, giving her a chance to redeem herself.
ZAMORA'S POV I stood frozen, watching the fight play out. Vladimir moved like he had been doing this his whole life; fast, fierce, and without hesitation. And truthfully, he had.He grabbed each rogue and tore them apart like they were nothing. It was brutal but also strange how thrilling it was to watch.Still, I couldn’t help but feel pure fear. I had never seen anyone so cold, so heartless. And even though I have heard countless tales of how terrifying and beastly he can be, this was the first time I had ever seen it with my own eyes. Then, out of nowhere, a chilling thought entered my mind:What if one day, Vladimir saw me as useless? As someone he didn’t need anymore? It would mean nothing for him to kill me, just like he did to them.I shivered again, my body tense. I couldn’t stop myself from gulping, trying to calm the fear that was slowly building inside me.My eyes flickered incessantly as I watched everything unfold. Minutes later, there was no rogue in sight anymore. Vlad
ZAMORA'S POV The feeling was surreal, and initially, I couldn't hold back my excitement. The help I needed had shown itself at the right time.I exhaled, my lips curled together. “I was kidnapped by someone,” I spluttered, my gaze still darting around. My voice was barely above a whisper as well for fear that I'd be heard by the rogues.“Where are you now?” He asked again, his voice wrapped with the urgency of it.“I have no idea. I'm currently hiding from some rogues hunting ferociously for me.“Alright. Try to keep calm and make sure they don't find you. I'll make sure to find you as quickly as I can,” he assured and I found myself nodding. His voice was warm, soothing too. It managed to calm my throbbing nerves.I parted my lips to speak again but it was too late. The mind link had disconnected. My lips pouted as I sulked a bit.I was left alone, and in silence. I couldn't afford to make noise lest I be found by the rogues who wouldn't stop searching for me.I could still hear the
ZAMORA'S POV"Let go of me, please," My voice was soft and weak. I had no choice but to beg for my life. I was desperate, just wanting to be free from the people who had kidnapped me.He laughed, ignoring my pleas. I could tell he enjoyed my suffering, the way I was begging to live. I couldn’t see his face, but there was something dark and evil in his voice.I heard his footsteps as he walked across the dry leaves on the forest floor, leaving me alone to die in the woods. Tears filled my eyes. I was alone, completely alone to face my misery. I gulped, trying to calm myself down and focus on escaping instead of giving in to fear.Suddenly, my stomach began to feel strange. At first, it was small, barely there. But then it got worse until I was holding my belly in pain. Was the wolfsbane already working this fast? Am I really going to lose the child growing inside me without ever getting the chance to meet it?I groaned in pain, hating my current situation. This was worse than anything
ZAMORA'S POV I shot to my feet, heart beating so hard I could hear it in my ears. My eyes darted around the room, scanning everywhere. Sweat formed on my forehead, but I forced myself to stay composed. If someone was in here, the last thing I wanted was for them to see fear on my face. No, I had to look in control. I had to feel in control, even if I wasn’t.But the room looked empty. Just me and the silence from every corner.“I don’t see anyone,” I told my wolf, squinting into the darkness, double-checking the corners, the edges, the gaps behind furniture. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.“It’s not about what you see,” my wolf whispered in my mind . “They are hiding, using an invisibility spell. Focus. Listen to their heartbeat, their breathing, their scent. You are not alone.”I felt fear take over me.I shut my eyes and listened. For a few seconds, there was only silence. But then I heard it. The faintest breath, it was controlled but there. A soft rustle of cloth. A scent that didn’
ZAMORA'S POVHe is bluffing, isn’t he? He must be. There is no way he can break the bond between us. The queen herself said it was final, once sealed, it can’t be undone. So what is he talking about? What kind of madness is this? He found a way to break it? That’s impossible. Isn’t it?I kept my face still, my voice buried deep behind the calm mask I forced on. I stared at him, searching for a crack in his expression, some sign that he was lying. But he gave me nothing. There was a long silence between us.Finally, I spoke, trying to remain quiet and controlled.“What do you mean you will break the bond?”He didn’t answer right away. He leaned back, picked up his glass of wine, and took a slow sip, his eyes on mine the entire time. His stare was intimidating, like a predator sizing up its next move.“I don’t recall giving you permission to speak,” he said almost lazily.A chill crawled down my spine, but I held my ground.“You are going to break the bond,” I repeated, composed. “Knowi
ZAMORA'S POVMy eyes opened slowly. At first, everything was blurry, but then a ray of sunlight hit my face through the gaps in the curtains. It was too bright. I flinched, shut my eyes again, and let out a small groan.Everything hurts. My body felt like it had been crushed. Every muscle was sore, and I didn’t understand why. I tried to move, but even that simple effort sent pain shooting through me.Why do I feel like this? What happened?I groaned again as I forced myself to sit up, but my head throbbed with every slight movement.“Are you alright, ma'am?” Larissa’s voice broke through the fog in my mind. She rushed to my side, her hands gently supporting me as I sat up straighter. There was so much worry in her voice. It was written all over her face too.“How do you feel, MY LADY?” she asked softly, her eyes searching mine.I didn’t answer right away. A sudden pain sliced through my head. I held it tightly and stayed still, breathing through the pain until it faded just enough to
