Once again, Lucifer was stalking the female but this time with a smile on his face. She was near a stream far away from Adam playing with her hair and humming to the tunes of the small birds that surrounded them. A hissing sound diverted Lucifer’s attention. The former cherub looked at the snake in his hands and his smile widened.

He raised his hands so the snake could be at eye level with him, then his eyes darkened.

“I know you are a harmless creature but yet you seem so…dangerous”. He said. The serpent’s head moved side to side as it stared and Lucifer mirrored the action with perfect sync.

“So deceitful. I feel you are a lot like me”. He continued. “And just like me all you need is a little push”.

As he said those words, the snake hissed and its eye slit got narrower. It understood him.
