~searching ~~

Mr Hyin was in a meeting while his phone was ringing off, he cut all the calls and put his phone on silent so he could concentrate on the meeting.

He control over four oil companies in California and others businesses across the world. His dad past away couple years ago and he is in charge of all businesses. Sometimes he wish his dad was still alive to take some of the pressure of his  hands.

The meeting took longer  than he thought but thank God it was over and his business will be a success. He pulled out his phone and saw eighteen missed call from Patrice and he quickly dial her back.

"Mr Hyin sorry to bother you but I haven't seen Sun Hi from evening" she said worried

"Didn't she returned from school?" He questioned pissed

"No sir I haven't seen her and she's not picking my calls" she replied.

"You can leave I'll go look around" he said frustratedly.

He cut the called and raked his hands through his straight hair, he quickly grabbed his briefcase and storm out. Sun Hi was his younger sister, she's living with him since their mom passed away two months ago by cancer.

"Sun Hi you better get back to me as fast as possible!" He yelled on the voicemail.

He have trying to get to her but her phone was off, Sun Hi is a spoil brat and since her mom passed away she been taking it hard and doing stupid things. She's just fourteen years old and she sneaked out at night to parties or go to God knows where leaving Leon to always searching for her.

As he passed by the park he saw a female figure hoping it was her, he pulled over and get out of the car walking towards the person. He heard her screaming and banging on the bench. He realized it wasn't Sun Hi but still he wonder why someone would sit out here alone.

"Hello Miss are you OK?" He said walking up to her.

The lady slowly looked up on him walking towards her, he noticed she shift but suddenly their eyes locked to each other.

"Mr Hyin" she whispered but he heard.

"Miss Valentine what are you doing out here alone?" he asked keeping his voice strong.

"I was in town so I came by for a walk and time catch up on me" Shay said with a smile hiding her pain.

She was good at hiding her agony behind her sweet smile, the light in the park barely showed the tears dried up on her face so Leon didn't think anything was wrong.

"Ok then I should be on my way" he said walking away.

Shay wanted so badly to asked if she could start tonight so could have a place to sleep but she wasn't gonna be a bothered to her boss. She watched as he reached his car but she sit stubbornly before saying what's on her mind.

"Hello dear want some company?" A deep voice said behind her causing her to jumped in fright.

"Stay away from me" she snapped getting up.

She turned around and there was no sign of Mr Hyin, her heart came to her mouth when she saw the man grinning and walking towards her.

"Come on girlie, a little company won't hurt" he grinned.

He was in some shabby clothes, with his tall black hair and beard that was disgusting. In his hands were a bottle with liquor and a cigar in the next hand. Shay was terrified and was scared what he'll do to her.

She blame herself inwardly for being stubborn and not asking Mr Hyin to stay by from tonight. She started to ran as  he walked closer, she could hear him behind her whistling.

"Come on sweetie, I won't bite" he said close behind her.

She turned to see how close he was and she gulped when she saw he was just a few stepped away, she ran faster but then suddenly she bumped into something or someone.

"Is there a problem here?" The familiar voice said causing the man to stop.

"This doesn't concern you" the man snarled.

"I think it do" he said stepping infront of Shay.

She was relief someone came to her rescue but damn she felt sick, he head was hurting real bad and so was her feet. The man was still standing as if he wanted a fight with Leon.

"Get in the car" he said to Shay.

Shay did as she was told and watch while Leon pulled out a metal figure from his waist and point it to the man.

"I'm give you five second to get the f**k out of here!" he roared

The man didn't waist anytime, he shoot through the park without looking back. Leon place his gun back in his waist and enter the car and drive off. His face was cold and miserable and Shay was having second thoughts of saying anything to him.

"Where to?" He asked concentrating on the road.

"Huh?" Shay replied confused

"Where should I drop---- he paused staring on the red mark on her cheeks.

She noticed his stared and she covered her cheeks" I was breaking up a fight and I got hit silly me wouldn't mind my own business " she said smiling embarrassingly

"You didn't answer my questions Miss Valentine, where should a drop your off?" He said keeping his focus on the road.

Just tell him Shay and stop being stubborn... You're damn homeless!

A voice screamed at her, Shay looked over at him but his unpleasant face scared her and she hold back what she was going to say.

"Just leave me at the nearest bus stop" she said stupidly

"You won't get a bus this hours to get back in town" he told her

"I'll just stay by a motel for the night" she said hoping he'll just tell her to start working from tonight.

Before he could say anything his phone started vibrating, he looked at it and saw it was a message from Sun Hi saying she at home. He was relief she was OK but he was still pissed and he realized how bad he want someone to watch over his sister and keep her company.

"What you think about getting familiar with the place you'll be working and the fourteen years old?" He asked

Shay was surprised by him asking that its like he knew she was homeless for the night, she thought.

"Yes I'd like that" she smile thanking God for his miracle.

The entire drive to his house was quiet and Shay didn't uttered another word for him to change is mind.
