Author's Note
Hello, it's me Adunni. The author of FERAL ROMANCE. This is my first author note and at the time of writing this, I can see I have only a few readers which I really, really, really appreciate. I hope my book becomes a big thing on this platform.
As to why I'm writing this note, I don't know if any of you have noticed, but the myth involved in my werewolf book is purely fictional, especially with the introduction of Dhruv and the addition of Faes. I tried my best not to derail completely from the original history of werewolves that's known. If anyone is pissed by this, I deeply apologize. However, I believe I'm free to write beyond my imagination.Starting from this point, the book would take a darker turn, and I can promise most of you all would only end up feeling for Annalisa— my beloved protagonist. She would make decisions that would make a lot of you hate her. There would be mention of sexual assaults and there would be descriptive smut, which is why this book is rated 18+. Even if you're above 18, and you can't stand any of those mentioned, in as much as I don't want you to drop this book, I'd advise you keep your sanity.I love everyone that keeps supporting this book. "Thank you," I said to Aliya as she handed me a mug of green tea. It did well to help with my hurting chest. As Aliya walked away from the living room, I calmly stood up and headed towards the window. I could see the training ground from where I stood. The training ground had two segments, the male and female. The male side was split up into different sections. There was a place for swordsmanship, where the warriors had the opportunity to be sparring partners with some of the best swordsmen in the pack. There was a place for hand to hand combat. The sun was scorching. The ground was hot. My back was hurting badly. With my body drenched in sweat, I tried rounding up my third set of sit-ups. It was my last set. Immediately the 899 came to an end, I stood up and made my way to the toilet. I went into one of the stalls to have a private moment for myself as I kept thinking of What sage Bernadette said. Calixto would have to be eaten by Alexander? I was distorted by the thought of it, but for some unknown reason, something told me Alexander wouldn't have any problems with it. The first time we'd met, he had drawn blood from me.Before leaving the stall, I flushed the toilet and headed over to the basin. I washed my hands and rinsed my face, thankfully I wasn't wearing any make-up so I didn't have to worry about washing my makeup off. I rushed into the restroom on an impulse, crouching next to Jacob who barely noticed my presence, and if he did, I wasn't acknowledged. He had his sister curled up in his arms. He was whispering words into her ear, massaging her arms. "Stay with me, Rocha," he said as he gently laid her on the floor and began to loosen her gown.I could see the fear in his eyes. Chiara fought and bit Jacob's hands but he overpowered her, holding her down to the floor, his hands trembling as he slowly pulled her gown down her waist and revealed her naked breast.
