Chapter forty

I heard a growl few minutes later followed by sound of punch and grunts, I must have misheard regardless, I composed myself and got up even with the pain, I groaned and winced loudly, I fell on on knee as I clutched my side.

I got up and the pain worsened it was as though I was stabbed in the stomach, my eyes widened at the thought and I looked down at my side but it was clean, no blood or cut, then why am I in so much pain. I felt my chest tighten, I clutched my chest and I found it hard to breathe, I tried to take in deep breathes but I kept choking on nothing.

I coughed vigorously, blood poured from my mouth and tears rolled down my eyes. What's going on with me? Am I dying? I felt like giving up, I just wanted to lay on the ground and sleep but my body wasn't able to convince my mind and brain and struggled to my feet, each breathe got harder.
