The Waterfall
It was dawn. Shama looked around to see Ansh. Ansh was nowhere to be seen.
"Where did he go this early in the morning?"
Shama thought. She packed her things to continue climbing up. She took her backpack and went out to search for Ansh.
Just then she saw Ansh sitting at a distance. He was playing with little cubs.
"Come here, come here,"
Ansh called out to the cubs. The cubs happily rushed to him. They pounced on him and started licking his face. A cub peacefully sat at his shoulder. Ansh stroked them gently.
Shama watched him playing with them.
"He...He is cute."

I never knew what it meant to love, care and worry for someone. After the death of my mother I became a heartless person. The day when I saw my mother's dead body laying down in front of me, I knew that in this world no one is there you should trust. I stood there frozen. My eyes were filled with tears but I clenched my fists as I stopped my tears from coming out. The main reason for her death was me and my father. My father left her in this situation.
