Chapter 28 (Part II)

"Look at her, she’s really fallen asleep." I’m not sure if I can really hear Hiro or if I’m dreaming. I’m sleepy, so I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.

The next day, when I opened my eyes, Mommy's face was exposed to me. What is she doing in my room? "Mom?"

"Get ready. Today is the first hearing on your annulment." My eyes widened as I looked at her. Oh my God! Is that now? Why did I forget? Shooks! I’m so stupid.
