Athena's POV
As soon as Clara walks away, I find myself staring at her son. He is right now sitting on the sofa opposite from me, looking intensely back at me. Moving uncomfortable in my position, I wouldn't dare moving my eyes away from Colton.
Hi
Athena's POVI pull the closest thing next to me which I assume is Colton's body as I keep on snuggling closer. My eyebrows furrow in confusion as soon as I feel the figure also pulling me closer and wrapping an arm around my waist—before staying completely still.
Athena's POV''What do you mean he reminds you of yourself?'' I raise an eyebrow at him before narrowing my eyes.Alex looks up before shrugging, ''Well I was cute when I was younger. Now that I'
Athena's POVAlex lifts his head, quickly hovering on top of me—covering my body—but it's pretty much visible to Liam. I cover my face with both of my hands in embarrassment, I can feel my cheeks heat up from Liam's stare, ''Liam what thefuckman!'' I hear Alex shout. He barely swears...
Athena's POVI fail to sleep afterwards and Alex didn't come upstairs either. Just knowing how much this room smells like him, it kills me inside. Am I like—liking him? Or is this just like a sexual attraction?I shake my head in disapproval, what am I thinking?I end up punching my own head which causes me to groan in pain.
Athena's POVAlex's background—his life—his past. How could I tell her? I couldn't. His background involves his past which is mostly about his parents. That they are divorced and that his mother passed away. Knowing that if I tell Joanna, I can never remove the guilt. I can never let myself feel that I betrayed him.
Athena's POVClara smiles but her eyes shows sadness. I may not know how much she loves Clark but I clearly do know that anyone—and when I say anyone—I'm sure anyone would lover their husband.Oh wait, correction!Anyone but me. In my situation.
Athena's POVThe crowd stands up, cheering as Jon run with the ball in front of him. They start to get louder and louder with every step he takes. My hands are freezing—it feels like I'm the one playing football. As Jon kicks the ball, aiming for the goal, one of their teammates run forward but the opponent team kicks the ball away.
Athena's POVMy eyes wide as I fall down on the ground, hitting my head on the nightstand in respond. Grumbling, I rub my temples—trying to reduce the throbbing pain. How much did I drink yesterday? My eyebrows furrow as I take my time to look around.
