Clock ticking became so loud after the room fell in silence.

Allura stood there, frowning; Jane was still sitting in the chair, except now, the annoying teasing look was wiped off from her face.

"W-what do you mean?" Allura rose her voice, but even that attempt couldn't hide the panic in her voice.

"You wanted me to lie to the Queen," Jane reminded her, "I don't assume that's such a symbol of loyalty?"

"Hmph!" Allura stormed towards the door, but she couldn't open it --

Perses held on the door nub tight from outside, and apparently, they didn't want her to leave.

"What do you want! Let me out!" Allura yelled.

"Like I said," Jane smiled, "I want the truth."

"You have no right to keep me here!" Allura burst out.

"You actually don't have any right to be here in the first place." Jane didn't even flinch.

"Your guard attacked me first," Allura smirked, "I was only defensing myself. Who do you think the Queen would list
