Chapter 62 | The Intruders

When we pulled away, he looked at me like it was all my fault, as if I was the one who put some spell on him. I grabbed his shirt with both my hands when he tried to leave. I couldn't imagine staying away from him.

"I am sorry," he said, taking my hands off of him, and then he walked away like I didn't exist.

I rushed into the bathroom feeling flustered. It wasn't me who approached him this time. How could he think it was my fault? It was his fault that he existed and made me feel this way. He had encroached into my dreams and my life, taking control over everything.
