NOT ENDING

"Fine, I'll do what I can," Pitter replied resignedly.

Looking at the pale figure in front of him, this woman was already lifeless, but Alaric still preserved her body. It had been a week, and he continued to treat every old scar with all strength until now, that face looked even paler than before.

After finishing the treatment, every scar on Rania's body disappeared and left her cold skin and stiff body.

"I discovered a terrible conspiracy from death, Rania..." blurted King Alaric to Pitter, who intended to say goodbye.

"What did you find? Did it happen to the ministers?"

"My mother, queen dowager Cassia. She ordered someone to release the fugitive from prison with the lure of unconditional freedom. I also found an oddity in every Rania's blood taken several years ago. Didn't burn the blood like the fortune teller said, but spread all over the walls of the royal castle that protected the city from monsters…." King Alaric explained.

"Then what are you going to do now?" asked Pitter.

"I will kill them all!! There is a black magic element in the current kingdom whose existence is so strong, with the help of several high-ranking officials and important ministers, even my mother!!" said king Alaric in a savage tone full of hatred. "They lied to me viciously!! Taking advantage of the kingdom's past wounds of black magicians sending curses, they twist the facts. When I found out that the Guinevere family was innocent after five years of my secret investigation, I discovered that the black magicians had tricked us all. The prophecy is false, and I executed many ministers in recent years using the excuse of stealing people's tax money because they are the real traitors of the kingdom!! That's also why I was so adamant about taking Rania as my mistress because I felt guilty, but I was an asshole for ordering Rania to accept me for ruining her life…" said King Alaric.

He rested his forehead on the back of Rania's cold hand, hoping he could still feel the warmth from this woman. Meanwhile, Pitter froze in disbelief at what his best friend and king had just said, even though Alaric had said there was a big conspiracy in his kingdom.

He didn't know if it would be that big, the black magicians of the past. The great tragedy, maybe it will happen a second time this time.

"Even so, Rania's body must be buried immediately. It's been over a week. She might rot away—" Pitter's words were cut off when a terrifying aura made the air in the room heavy.

"SHUT UP!!!" The scream shocked Pitter, and he fell to the cold marble floor with a pale face. "Don't say anything about Rania, and she's still here. I felt her crying. She was crying over everything that had happened and was cursing me…" said the king of Alaric, looking down again, resting his forehead on the back of Rania's hand.

Whereas the translucent figure covered its mouth with its eyes glaring furiously at the man holding her hand, that's right. Rania's spirit is still there, and she doesn't know how she can still roam here.

After her death, Rania woke up with a translucent body to see her body lying on the floor covered in blood until she screamed in terror at sight. After a while, the soldiers arrived, and king Alaric was furious when he heard of Rania's death in his prison.

Rania was still there, sitting on the side of the bed of her corpse that king Alaric wouldn't allow quiet. He witnessed all the events that had just been discovered and how King Alaric wanted to atone for all the unforgivable mistakes.

Pitter and king Alaric had left the room, leaving behind Rania's translucent body, wept, and lamented the misery that had happened to her family.

Until the sound of the door creaking made Rania's sobs stop to see a white figure whose height did not reach her ears. The little man looked scared, but his eyes showed confidence, the man was handsome, and Rania suddenly saw her father's figure there.

His footsteps were slow when he reached the side of the bed right in front of Rania, who was sitting. The little man, probably 8 to 9 years old, sat down and started crying, something Rania felt familiar with.

"Sister... cry... sorry, I'm sorry..." The little man cried suddenly, but Rania couldn't understand it, but she also cried.

Her tears flowed, and she had one little hope when she saw this boy crying over her death.

"If only I were born first, if only I could grow up quickly... cry... I will take you away from this kingdom, I will take you away from all suffering... forgive me... please... don't torture me like this…" said the boy who made Rania cry even harder with her translucent body.

'This little boy is her younger brother, who was separated long ago!'

"Thank God... thank goodness you are living well, no need to regret... cry... no need to regret it, seeing you live well sisters very grateful and thank you for wanting to see the sister find out if you are alive... cry..." Rania replied, making Benjamin suddenly stop crying and look up at the empty air in confusion before his eyes shifted to the bed where Rania's pale body was.

But after that, Benjamin repeatedly mentioned his sister's name until he fell asleep because of exhaustion, "Sister...cry...Sister..."

Rania hugged her brother's body until King Alaric arrived and carried Benjamin's big body in his arms quickly and without difficulty before the man went back into his room.

And time went by so fast that Rania saw the rebellion of the black magicians. The queen dowager is impeached and imprisoned in the cold palace by king Alaric with strict guard through white magicians when the kingdom is fiercely crushing all rebels and black wizards.

Monsters attacked the border, and they managed to get into the city with the help of the black magicians. The most terrible thing is the thief monster that often turns into a victim that he eats. That's the first monster found in the kingdom.

The residents were immediately in an uproar, and the soldiers were deployed along with the priests and white magicians.

Rania saw that the king of Alaric had difficulty crushing all the rebels. The problem was compounded by the presence of monsters who managed to break through to the city in disguises that were quite difficult to find.

Rania saw the man often come to her to kiss the back of her hand and apologized continuously with a lean face that was getting thinner every day and showed black color under her eyes.

Even her younger brother Benjamin took part in crushing the rebels with a soul full of hatred behind his beautiful eyes that were as calm as the ocean until the news that the queen dowager had run away.
