(Prince Nyx POV)
I looked at my mother not knowing what to do.
"Nyx. I can understand if you don't want to talk to me. You don't need to force yourself. But remember one thing- I am your mother. I will support you no matter what others say" she said as I smile and nod.
“Actually, I want to share it with you," I said as she nods.
“How about we discuss it over something to eat?" she asked as I nod.

Chapter 17 (Isabella POV) “Here you go” I said as I tied the bandage around the 10-year-old’s hand. “Thank you, Miss” he said as I nod. “If he has pain, just give him this medicine. Chapter 18 (Isabella POV) It has been a week since our first meeting in the cave. Ever since then we meet every day at the same time. We even arranged a meeting in the night on the days I don’t have to shift. Those nights are mostly risky for me since I am sneaking out at the forbidden hour. But I guess it’s worth the risk. I get to meet Nyx and spend time with him without a fear. He on the other hand was even more attached to me. He looked tired, though. His eyes had dark circles which are much more visible because of his pale skin. Most days we meet ends up in him falling asleep on my lap hugging me tight around my waist. (Isabella POV)My eyes widen as I looked at the person in front of me.He wore a somewhat similar uniform as Nyx. They seem to share the same pale skin and also the same bright light blue eyes. The only thing different was that instead of whitish silver hair like a shade of very light brown ones."How could you betray us by been with this human?!" he shouted as he lunged at Nyx. Nyx seemed hesitant but he still took out his weapon and ran forward blocking the other's attack.I watch in horror as the two kept moving in lightning speed making it impossible for me to keep pace. My heart was beating fast as sparks and lights ignited from them.Is this how they fight? I am positive they don't use this power when fighting us. Then I would definitely know some way or other and I'm sure as hell we humans, no matter how advance our weapons are, will not win to that power.
