Chapter 18 

I pulled the sheets over my head trying to block out the voices and unwanted feelings especially for the billionaires that live down the street. It has been four freaking days since the night he asked me to marry him, the Memories were still fresh as new. I thought that marriage wasn't supposed to make me happy, No. The thought of getting married scares me a lot, but Ethan proved me wrong, yet, again. How am I supposed to feel good when all I wanted was to jump and shout YES? 

I did the only rational thing that was appropriate for such situations, I fled and haven't stepped out of the world ever since. Of course, I was exaggerating a bit,I do visit peyton daily and went to work by avoiding the street where he lives. 

Safe to say, I took the abandoned road.
