7. Hot and bothered

          There are twenty four hours

in a day, but I think about you

        more than twenty four times.

What in God's name just happened in there? I couldn't even calm down, I had to find a place to calm down my heart that feels like the Dothraki clan are marching on it, on their horses.

I pushed passed alot of people without any care,earning me a look of disapproval from most of them, but I could care less.

"Woah, slow down tigress" I felt hands on my shoulders before I heard the voice, I looked up at the person whose arms I was in,

"Casper!" I said a little bit too excited than I would've liked,

"Haha I'm excited to see you too" he said clearly amused, "what's wrong? You look like you just saw a ghost" 

He said adjusting his shirt that I managed to squeeze because of how hard my grip was when he held me.

"Uhm, nothing, I uh-"

"You're a pathetic liar, jus tell me the truth" he pressed.

Just as I was about to answer him, my phone rang,

Shoot, I totally forgot about the meeting.

"I've got to go, later" I said and found my way to the conference room.

"What is wrong with you? Did you forget you had a meeting to prepare for?" He asked, clearly angry.

What's wrong with this man and his mood swings, he has moon swings more than me and I'm a lady, that's saying something.

"I'm sorry sir I ju-" 

"Save it and do what I'm paying you to do" he said and walked out of the room.

"You're welcome, have a sit, Mr Knight will be with you shortly" I said in my most professional tone and left the room to call his royal highness.

"Mr Richard and his team for the Castor deal are here" I announced noticing that he had removed his jacket, I walked over to the cushion and picked up the jacket that was sprawled messily across it.

Noticing me pick the jacket , he walked over to me, I thought he was coming to collect it, but this man had other plans.

He stood in front of me, backing me, which is silently telling me to dress him,what a big baby.

I did it nevertheless and I didn't miss the sparks I felt when I mistakenly brushed his neck when I was adjusting the collar.

He muttered something with sounded like a thank you but I wasn't too sure, seeing as he was mad at me before, but he seems to be good at switching moods so, it won't be surprising.

"Are you going to stand there all day?" He asked roughly. He's definitely still mad.

Just then, I remembered when I told him I wanted to call my boyfriend that by the way, I don't have, and he went all Christian Grey on me. That just made me laugh and increased the irritation this man already feels.

"Mind sharing what's so funny?" He asked as we walked to the conference room side by side, he had a small hint of amusement in his voice, but I brushed it off.

"Nothing of great importance" to you, I added silently.

The meeting went by successfully, surprisingly.

I say surprisingly because, Mr mood swing told one of Mr Richard's men to "get the hell out of here if you'll look at her like that, she's my secretary not a road side slut". The mad man, did not so much as look at me again talk less of looking at me like I was a slut.

Apart from that, everything else went smoothly and we got the deal, which I think had to do with Mr Richard feeling bad for what his employee did, because, even after the meeting ended, Mr Richard was still apologizing to me and Mr mood swing.

"Thank you" I said shyly when the men left the room.

"What for?" He asked, looking amused, like he was trying to to smile, you can only imagine how adorable he looks right now, which just made the situation in between my legs worse.

I was definitely feeling hot and bothered.

"For uh, for t-"

"You're welcome but, I didn't do it for you, no one should look at my employees like that" he dismissed, with a smug smile playing on his lips. 

There wasn't much to do, but I did random things to keep my mind off the beauty in the office behind me.

Soon it was launch time and I felt like being late with his food so he'd let me eat it just like yesterday, but I decided against it.

"Hey, you up for lunch?" I heard a voice say infornt of me I looked up to see Casper.

"Casper? What are you doing here?" I said whispering, turning slightly behind me, I don't even know why I did that.

"Came to pick you up for lunch?" He said, more like asked, "are you supposed to come up here?" I asked quietly,

"Well, I don't have your number, so how'd you expect I get to you?" He asked slightly irritated at the question.

"I'm sorry, yeah I'm up for lunch, let's go" I said in my quiet voice, "why are you talking like that?" 

"Do you want to wake up the dragon?" I asked and his confused face turns into a scared one.

"Oh shit, he's in there?" He asked and I nodded with wide eyes.

"Then let's get the hell out of here" he said and just as we were about to power walk to the elevator, the dragon opened the mahogany door.

He looked at us for a moment, confusion etched on his smooth face before he scrutinized the way casper and I were entangled together.

My right hand was over his neck while his right hand was on my waist, seeing how entangled we were, we untangled ourselves and Kalmon's eyes, settled with anger.

"Is there something going on here that I should know about?" Kalmon asked folding his arms.

I felt so embarrassed, I couldn't even look up at him, I felt like I was 5 again and I was caught stealing candy or meat.

"We, we were just going out for lunch" I explained, my voice sounded like I would pee my pants any moment.

I looked over at Casper to find out that he was trying so hard not to laugh. I don't even know how Casper and I ended up in each others arms like that, and the stupid cow shit wasn't even feeling remorseful about being caught.

"Chill out cousin, we weren't doing anything" Casper said smirking, and my eyes widened in shock as the words registered in my head.

"Wait, cousin?"
