CHAPTER FIFTEEN
Alice sniffed and held back her tears. She looked outside and sighed. That simple hug she witnessed brought pain in her heart. She doesn't wan to think badly of Kamila and her mate but she couldn't help it.
The door creaked open and Travis entered carrying a tray in his hand. He cooked Alice's favorite food seeing her dejected face earlier. Travis put the tray on the table and hugged Alice from behind.
"Honey?" Travis whispered in her ears and gave her a light kiss on her neck. Alice couldn't help but sob hearing his voice. Travis panicked, it's the second time Alice cried like this. It's a rare sight for him. He gently hushed her nad kissed her shoulder blade.
"Honey, what is it?" Travis worriedly asked as Alice's stopped sobbing. She shook her head, she doesn't want to tell him all her worries. Travis heaved a sigh and kneeled in front of her. He held her hand and gently kissed it.
